Tread Contact Surface Prints
Whether it´s a bicycle, motorcycle, ATV or UTV tyre, the tread contact patch (footprint) plays a key roll in determining the tyre’s traction, rolling resistance, handling & tread life.
Wheel Energy “footprints” provide each client a series of prints (with dimension detail) that accurately show the amount of tread surface on the road.
These prints can be very helpful when designing a new tread pattern, modified an existing tread or comparing one tyre brand to another.
